A legal disclaimer
If an item is not received by the customer within 30 working days the item will be resent, but only under the following reasons.
1. The item was lost by the courier and not delivered.
2. The item was held by customs, certain countries have strict laws on medical devices.
If an item was not picked up by the customer or the wrong address supplied we do not offer a resend.
Refund Policy - the basics
Refunds will only be offered in the case of an item being lost a second time in transit.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”).
A Force Majeure Event includes, but is not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes, or storms), fire, pandemics, epidemics, war, civil unrest, terrorist attacks, strikes or labour disputes, interruption or failure of utilities or transport networks, governmental actions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control which create substantial trading or market volatility.
If a Force Majeure Event occurs that creates significant volatility or affects the performance of our obligations:

We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible; and

Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event.
We will do our best to minimise the impact of the Force Majeure Event on our customers. However, if the event continues for an extended period, we reserve the right to amend, cancel or terminate affected orders or services. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
